Court St Alteration & New Construction

Purcell|Everett Architects are responsible for the design and construction of a residential tower at Brooklyn in New York. This project takes an existing commercial building and converts it to state of the art 23 Class A multiple dwelling apartments. Two more floors were added on the existing four story brick construction. The brick facade remains, while the new construction’s facade is made of metal panels.
