St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital Neurosciences Institute

This project was a gut renovation of approximately 2,400 SQ.FT. of hospital space to create a new, state of the art Neurosciences Institute for St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital. The suite created contained a waiting area, nursing administrative facilities, exam rooms, consultation rooms and medical support functions. Design services included finishes, furnishings, equipment and signage. P|E provided full Architectural design services including new HVAC Electrical, Plumbing, Telecom and Fire Protection design.
