The Creedmoor Psychiatric Center, Building 40 addition is a two story structure with a brick façade. Providing recreational and rehabilitation services to the inpatient and outpatient population. The addition comprises of a storage facility at the cellar level, an Auditorium at the first floor level and staff offices. The second floor level provides various rehabilitation classrooms, activities of daily living facilities and a two lane bowling alley.
