Court St Alteration & New Construction
Purcell | Everett Architects were responsible for the design and construction of a residential tower at Brooklyn in New York. This project takes an existing commercial building and converts it to 23 state of the art Class A multiple dwelling apartments. Two floors were added on the existing four story brick construction. The brick facade remains, while the new construction’s facade is composed of metal panels.
